By using Flowy Clean's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Our Services
Flowy Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning services including:
Standard cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Airbnb turnovers
Booking & Payment
Booking: Services must be scheduled in advance
Payment: We accept major credit cards. Payment is due after service completion
Pricing: Quotes are valid for 48 hours and may vary based on actual conditions
Cancellation: 24-hour notice required for cancellations to avoid fees
Service Standards
We arrive within scheduled time windows
All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
We're fully insured and bonded
Satisfaction guarantee on all services
Your Responsabilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information about your property
Ensure safe access to your property
Secure valuable items before our arrival
Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
Limitations of Liability
Flowy Clean's liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.
We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not secured by the customer.
Service Area
We currently serve Salt Lake City, UT and surrounding areas.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
